BeachCast provides weather information, beach comfort scores, and ski condition scores for European destinations. The Service is provided for informational, planning, and entertainment purposes only.

3. Disclaimer

Weather data is provided "as is" without any warranties. BeachCast:

• Does NOT guarantee the accuracy of weather forecasts
• Does NOT provide safety advice or warnings
• Does NOT replace official weather services or safety advisories
• Provides comfort and condition "scores" for planning purposes only

Always consult official local weather services and safety authorities before making travel or activity decisions, especially regarding water safety, avalanche risk, and extreme weather conditions.

4. Limitation of Liability

BeachCast shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the Service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Use of weather data from BeachCast is entirely at your own risk.

5. Third-Party Services

Weather data is provided by Open-Meteo (open-meteo.com). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or reliability of third-party data sources.

6. Intellectual Property

The BeachCast name, design, and scoring algorithms are the intellectual property of BeachCast. Weather data is provided under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 license by Open-Meteo.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the Netherlands.
